Project Difficulties: The construction conditions along the line are complex, and the pipe jacking machine needs to cross the busy national highway during the excavation process, which requires high control of ground subsidence.

Project Significance: The Oujiang River Water Diversion Project is a key water conservancy and livelihood project in Zhejiang Province. It is also the largest investment, the longest water diversion tunnel, and the largest water diversion flow in Wenzhou City. After its completion, it will greatly alleviate the water use problem in Wenzhou City.
