Anhui's First Private Enterprise TBM

The tunnel boring machine(TBM) is known as the jewel in the crown of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry. It is the "king of mechanical equipment" integrating machinery, electricity, gas, hydraulics and control. The "Yimeng No. 1" TBM that was successfully rolled off the assembly line today is a joint project of the Tangxing Equipment R&D Team and the China Railway 15th Bureau. Aiming at various complex environments and tunneling control difficulties such as large burial depth, high water pressure, hard rock, strong abrasion and crossing rivers in the long-distance heat supply pipeline network project in Feixian County, Linyi. Tangxing Innovatively adopted high-pressure sealing technology, main drive reliability technology, small-diameter assembly technology, and a tailor-made small-diameter hard rock slurry balance TBM. For such an advanced equipment of a great country, Tangxing Equipment only took more than 3 months from design to offline. This is another time that Tangxing people have written a "Tangxing myth" with "Tangxing speed".

 

The successful off-line of the TBM this time marks another step for Tangxing Equipment to realize the full-caliber and full-series product strategy of underground engineering excavation equipment. It also marks the arrival of a new era of company development!
