Significance: After the completion of the north and east extension of Nanchang Rail Transit Line 1, Line 1 will have a total length of 49.6km and 34 stations. The east extension project starts from Yaohu West Station, the end point of the first phase crosses Yaohu , then runs along the planned Crescent Road, and ends at Machou Station. The line is about 4.34km long, all underground. It has 2 stations with an average station spacing of about 2036m. The east extension project are in continuous operation with the first phase of Line 1.
